These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of substratesupplements.com (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from Substrate Supplements LLC (“Substrate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Our products & health disclaimer

We sell dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing/description errors. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

4. Pre-orders

Some products are offered on a pre-order basis before inventory is in stock. Estimated ship windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you of material delays, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

5. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

If you start a subscription, you authorize us (through our subscription provider) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price until you cancel. We will send a renewal reminder before each charge where required. You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date; changes apply to future orders, not orders already processed. By subscribing you consent to recurring billing and to these Terms.

6. Free creatine offer

Active subscribers receive one (1) complimentary creatine per qualifying order while the subscription remains active. The free creatine has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and is limited to one per order regardless of the number of subscription products. We may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time; changes will not affect an order already placed.

7. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, each incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including the Substrate name, logos, text, images, and design—are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Individual results vary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Substrate Supplements LLC and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Substrate harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
