Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to add international shipping in the future.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing & delivery time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Pre-orders

Some products are sold on pre-order before inventory arrives. The estimated ship window is shown at checkout. These dates are estimates; we will email you if timing changes, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew and ship automatically on your selected schedule. We aim to ship each renewal so it arrives before you run out. You can skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date.

Delays, lost & damaged packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands and occasional delays happen. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, but we will always try to help.
