Our 90-day guarantee
We stand behind the basics. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund—even if the product is opened or partially used. Just email support@substratesupplements.com with your order number.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on the situation, we may or may not ask you to return the product—we will let you know.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped—though our 90-day guarantee still applies to products you have received.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Free creatine
Complimentary creatine received with a subscription has no cash value and is not separately refundable. If you return a qualifying order, the related free item may be excluded from the refund or asked to be returned.
