Ingredient glossary
BCAAs
What it is
The three branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) — naturally abundant in real whey.
What it does
Building blocks for muscle repair. In a complete protein, they arrive with all the other amino acids they need to actually work.
The dose that works
~5.5g comes naturally in every scoop of Post.
Where it lives in the system
Post — inside the whey itself, not sprayed in to pad the label (a trick called amino-spiking).
Good to know
This is why we don't sell a separate BCAA powder. Real protein already has them.
